MTX Participated as a speaker at the Technical symposium held during the IFAI Asia Expo at Marina Bay Sands Singapore from March 22 – 25, 2011.
IFAI Expo Asia 2011 is catered specifically for the Asian audience and features a high-level business-to-business platform developed to address the growth, concerns and challenges of the industry. The four-day event featured world-class technical symposium specific to nine specific niche end-markets for specialty fabrics. The nine technical symposiums held throughout the event had capacity attendance.
MTX presented a case study on their latest project from Poland,”The Municipal Stadium Miejski Lech Pozna?” built for the European Football Championship 2012. The Municipal Stadium of Poznan is an example of developed architecture and related culture implementation, from past to future, representing today a creation of beauty. This majestic stadium covers a roof area of 52,000 m² of MTX PVC-PES with double weld able PVDF Type IV FR1400.
It was indeed a very interesting lecture on the history of the location, the developments during the course of time and explanation of the design features of the stadium, engineering details and installation.
